Job Description:
  • 4-5 years of experience in the field of selling IT software.
  • Handles the day to day new contacts, follow up and closing deals with clients.
  • Keep and maintain clear records (write briefs, status reports, contact reports etc) that are necessary for the smooth operation of the account.
  • Searching for new potential clients and Prepare feedback by client visit.
  • Send quotations to clients for approval, follow-up with clients.
  • Undertake market visits and conduct preliminary desk research.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with all internal departments to make sure everything is flowing smoothly, ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Participate actively in internal and external weekly meetings with team and vendors (IBM & Microsoft).
  • Ensure client’s requests for amendments are achieved through coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with assigned account.
  • Qualify prospects and translate business problems into IT Solutions.
